Shalva Papuashvili is the firm’s of counsel. For almost a decade now, Mr. Papuashvili has been working with German Technical Cooperation Agency (GTZ) as a regional team leader for Legal and Judicial Reform in South Caucasus. He was also actively involved in drafting of the recent Company Law of Georgia. Mr. Papuashvili is the author of a dozen comprehensive works on various aspects of Civil and Corporate Law.
